Refrigerator Equipments

Refrigeration equipment means any stationary device that is designed to contain and use refrigerant gas, including but not limited to retail or commercial refrigeration equipment, household refrigeration equipment, and cold storage warehouses. Refrigeration equipment means direct expansion or brine refrigeration, compressors, coolers, or any combination of such equipment. Refrigeration equipment shall be provided in such number and of such capacity to assure the maintenance of potentially hazardous food at required temperatures during storage. Refrigeration equipment shall be designed and installed to maintain the following general temperatures unless otherwise specified.
